It was bound to happen sooner or later and luckily sooner, I guess. I had to live up my last week of summer, biking with Ryan on Wednesday, and every other day I could, softball Friday, and a big game of Ultimate with my friends later Friday night. The only thing I didn't plan was a bike ride Tuesday and a game of frisbee. For young men's on Tuesday we were meeting up the canyon so I decided to ride my bike since I really am not in young men's technically. So I got up there before a lot of the groups and waited with dad, Brandon, and Ryan. After everybody got there and ate we had a huge game of Ultimate. I collided with one kid in the air but knocked down the frisbee at the beginning. Other than that I just caught, threw, and blocked a lot of touchdown passes, until the last one. I jumped up and dislocated my shoulder, I did knock down the frisbee though, at least that's what they say. I don't remember anything after that. I just started thinking of all my plans slip through my fingers, softball, biking, and intramurals. Then I realized I should have somebody set it in for me and luckily the Deacon's Quorem advisor is a nurse. I have an x-ray on Monday, aka worthless, and hopefully an MRI later next week, and if I'm lucky surgery by the end of September. Timing couldn't have been better I guess, I won't have to worry about my shoulder anymore and this is early enough it shouldn't affect my mission but will actually save any possibility of hurting it on my mission.I just think this is cool!
