More Whateva

Today I worked for dad at Blackhawk up Payson Canyon. It was funny because we started out with breakfast. We happened to go up on their annual breakfast for the Payson campgrounds. We ended up breaking up firepits people made illegally. So we filled the rocks up in the willbarrow, then into the truck, and then chucked them off the truck into a ravine. It was so fun and was really nice up there. The weather is always 15 degrees cooler up there.
Dumb pic of me throwing away garbage right? False, this is me after catching the keys from up 4 stories. In reality, a flyball that is only 4 stories in the air is quite low, most are quite a bit higher. So, since I'm too lazy to go all the way up the elevator I had Beth throw me the keys. She kinda hesitated and asked if I could really do it, I didn't really know why, she didn't look that high up. She did it but they hit off the glove and fell on the ground. Flyballs normally don't float or swim around in the air. I probably looked like an idiot twisting around underneath them. I looked down from the 4th floor the next day and I realized it looks super high to drop anything over the edge, I probably wouldn't have dropped the keys if they had asked me.

My last double play. Same one that has the string of pics from May. We actually called it before the game started, the 5-4-3 dp...and it wasn't easy, if you see my facial expressions you can see where I don't think the ball will make it and then when the pain shoots. :)

Softball starts this Friday. We're going to be gone but I'm feeling a bit better and will play a week from Friday. I'm excited!
