Pt

Things are going very well. My shoulder is doing much better than expected and my trainer at physical therapy is really happy. My shoulder is very stable. I hadn't done anything at all with it last week until pt, not even open doors, pick something up, it just sat at my side useless. Last week on Friday I was at pt for 2 hours doing all the exercises I had ever done over a period of time in one day. Usually I do four or five things and go home but this time I did nine different exercises. So I was nervous about lifting my arm over my head let alone do arm bike sprints and lifting weights. My shoulder should've been ready to fall off on Saturday but it felt normal and a little more stable.

Today I was there for a little while and did 10 things. I was really tired when I got home because this time I did more weight and more reps. I also did three or four arm bike sprints which was a normal workout before my shoulder came out so that is a good sign. If it isn't sore tomorrow then something crazy is going on and I'm gonna be back to normal really quickly. So far I haven't thrown a ball for six days, 22 hours, and 30 minutes. Things are going well though and I'm not in too big of a hurry to get back other than to just have some stability and to have a usable shoulder.
