Baseball ended Tuesday. In the first inning we turned a 5-4-3 double play and I caught a flyball. Then I got a 2 strike basehit to begin chipping away our 8-0 deficit. The pitcher tried to pick me off so I dove back into the base and my shoulder came out...finally. And that finished the season with a pop. Then we came back and won our cross town rivals 10-9 to end with a bang. It couldn't have happened much better and I was all over the paper the next day.

I thought about putting the video on that mom took of me diving back into the base but I decided to spare you the pain. I've watched it twice and I COMPLETELY relived the moment.
